Beneath Bloodstained Streets: a 22 page MÖRK BORG compatible adventure zine

An adventure about exploring a fallen city filled with strange acting undead, where the ancient catacombs that run beneath are the only sanctuary to be found. 

This adventure contains:

- six ill-advised reasons to travel to the city of Athalia

- 16 original illustrations by three artists

- a pointcrawl map with four points of interest in the city as well as smaller maps for the individual points of interest

- catacomb crawling procedure with a d20 table of catacomb encounters

- rules for aboveground travel in the city (if you're brave or foolish enough to dare)

- three factions:

• The Order of Saint Basilicus: an order of fanatical holy warriors with a dark secret. 

• The Ezzelini Family: a self-important former smugglers turned noble family. 

• Servants of the Ancient One: an underground revanchist cult with strange beliefs. 

- an opening encounter to set tone and introduce what's happened in the city

- a PDF designed to be printed to create a DIY zine as well as a normal PDF

This adventure was written as part of my college Honors Project, the paper written about the design process will be posted sometime this month at which point I'll link it here. This adventure underwent two month long playtests.
